Rules of Order

Terms of Use for the Trial by Dial courtroom.

1. Entering the Courtroom

By using Trial by Dial, you take your seat in the jury box and agree to these rules of order. If you do not consent, do not enter the courtroom.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Minors may not serve on this jury.

3. Conduct of the Jury

Jurors must deliberate in good faith. Harassment, spam, abuse, or cases unfit for public debate are out of order and may be stricken from the record.

4. Filed Cases

Cases you file are public evidence. You grant Trial by Dial a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, share, and moderate them. File only matters you have the right to bring before the court.

5. Verdicts and Reputation

Votes are recorded in the docket. Reputation, streaks, and badges are awarded at the discretion of the bench and may be adjusted if tampering is suspected.

6. Ejection from the Courtroom

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any juror, case, or vote that disrupts proceedings, violates these terms, or otherwise contempts the court.

7. Disclaimers

Trial by Dial is provided as-is and for entertainment only. Verdicts are crowdsourced opinions, not legal, financial, or professional advice.
